Registration

  • To register the child for the School, parents are required to complete the enrolment/registration form.

  • The registration form must be thoroughly completed and either submitted to the School office, or, if downloaded from the website, must be emailed to mainoffice@thepresidencyschool.com along with the supporting documents (listed below).
  • A registration fee of Rs. 1000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only) is required to be paid at the time of registration of the child with the School. The same can be paid at the accounts office at the School, or paid online, bank account details below:

If being paid online, a screenshot of the payment, along with the registration form and supporting documents must also be emailed to the School.

  • Subsequent to successful registration, students appearing for admission into:

– Classes J.K.G. through IX, and XIundergo a written assessment test; and

– Nursery and Toddler section undergo and interaction session.

These are undertaken physically at the School on certain designated days. You may call up the School office to inquire about the same.

  • For those that have completed the assessment successfully, parents are required to proceed to complete the Admission Form available at the School office and pay the relevant admission fees.

Required Documents

Supporting documents required to be submitted with the Registration Form to submit:

  • A copy of government-issued Date-of-Birth certificate.
  • A copy Aadhar card of the child
  • A copy of Aadhar card of both parents
  • Four recent passport-sized photos –photographs must be not earlier than 3 months.
  • Photographs of parents –photographs must be not earlier than 3 months.

Additional documents required to be submitted at the time of admission formalities:

  • Fully completed Admission Form with signature of a parent / legal guardian (available at the School office).
  • Photographs of local guardians, if any, who will be authorised by the parents to additionally pick-up and drop the child to the School – photographs must be not earlier than 3 months.
  • Transfer Certificate from previous school –for children taking admission in classes I through IX, and XI.
  • Character Certificate from the previous school – for children taking admission in class XI.
  • Migration Certificate issued by the education board – for children taking admission in class XI if coming from a school in a State other than Uttarakhand.
  • Any relevant medical history prescriptions.
  • Any other document that the School may require, including any previous report cards, based on a case to case basis.

Note: The registration money is nonrefundable and registration does not guarantee admission as admission is subject to satisfying admission standards and seat availability.
