Admission Procedure
For Maple Bear Canadian Pre School:
To secure admission to Maple Bear Canadian Preschool, the candidate must meet the following age criteria:
For Toddlers: 2 years and above
For Nursery: 3 years and above
For Junior Kindergarten (JKG): 4 years and above
For Senior Kindergarten (SKG): 5 years and above
If the candidate meets the specified age criteria, kindly complete and submit the registration form along with four photographs, two attested copies of the birth certificate and the registration fee at the school’s office.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION –
The applicants are required to have the following documents ready:
1) Date of Birth Certificate issued by Government.
2) 4 recent passport-size photographs.
3) Photographs of parents/ local guardians.
4) Duly filled Admission forms (provided by the school).
5) Transfer certificate from the last school attended (Not required for Maple Bear).
6) Supporting prescriptions of medical history, if any.
Admission Process For Class I to IX, XI
The Admission Process is designed to enrol students smoothly in the institution. You have to fill out the school registration form to get your child registered. Registration does not guarantee admission, but it is subject to the fulfilling admission criteria and availability of seats. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Registration Forms are available on the school’s website. Parents are requested to download the registration form from the website or the school’s office. Carefully fill in the application form must be submitted to the school’s office along with 1000 as a registration fee.

- Assessment: After registration, one assessment will be taken of 50 marks from Class I to Class XI. Candidates have to get a minimum of 40% marks to clear the assessment and they will be given admission according to their merit.
- School Admission Form: After clearing the assessment, candidates have to fill out the school’s admission form to get admission.
